If you arrive early or need to depart late, we will gladly store your luggage. Please note, if a guest does not respond and it is past 12:00 PM on the checkout date, our staff may enter the room to ensure all safety precautions are met.
To secure your reservation, a 30% deposit is required within two days of booking. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The remaining balance is to be settled in cash upon check-in. Please note that we currently do not accept credit cards; payments can be made in cash, via Western Union, or through Whish Money only. Any transaction fees or additional charges associated with money transfers are the responsibility of the guest. Our reservation department will send all transfer information once the booking is confirmed.
We offer several dining options, including:
- Main Restaurant, Del Mar: Serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a mix of Lebanese and seafood cuisine, located near our beach overlooking the marina.
- Poolside Bar & Beach: Offers light snacks, sandwiches, and beverages.
- Room Service: In-room dining is available for your convenience.
Occupied rooms will not be serviced by housekeeping unless the guest places a "Clean My Room" sign on the door handle. Housekeeping services are available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please note, if your room is not serviced during housekeeping hours due to the absence of the sign, our front desk can exchange white towels after 6:00 PM. Towels, both white and blue, are only exchanged once a day and cannot be exchanged multiple times in one day. A housekeeping attendant is available 24 hours in case of any emergencies.
Yes, we offer a range of activities including:

- Excursions and tours via Routes, which also provide bicycles, scooters, and a variety of rentals.
Absolutely! We have two kids' playgrounds, a children's pool, and a sandy beach
Yes, we provide airport shuttle services. Please contact our front desk to arrange your transportation.
We regret that pets are not allowed at the resort, with the exception of service animals.
Yes, we have event spaces and meeting rooms available. Our events team is more than happy to assist with more information and booking details. Please note that the resort may host weddings and events during your stay. We will do all we can to minimize any inconvenience.
